It’s easy to feel alone in our day-to-day challenges, to feel disconnected from others as we navigate our personal and professional responsibilities, and to crave a sense of true belonging and community. 

Group coaching is an opportunity to connect and share with others who might be experiencing similar concerns or struggles, or who would like to pursue life-enhancing goals. 

Group coaching is a thought-provoking and bonding experience where group members get to have meaningful conversations in a safe and supportive environment.

How does a group coaching session work?

  • Each week a new topic around the program theme is presented

  • As the conversation unfolds, each participant clarifies and deepens their vision and goals

  • Each group member defines clear and measurable goals around the program theme 

  • Each member outlines their action steps and best path towards achieving their goals

  • The group offers validation, accountability, and support

The 6-week group coaching programs that I offer include:

Sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly and are offered via Zoom. Groups are limited to 4-8 participants and each session lasts 1.5 hours.

If you’re wondering if group coaching is a good fit for you, this Q&A might be helpful:

I consider myself an introvert, is this program for me? 

While I hope to hear from everyone in the group, it’s not a requirement to share. I’ll meet you where you’re at. My role is to create an environment with a high level of trust and where everyone feels comfortable to flex their courage muscles and be vulnerable. When you decide to share your story, you never know who you are going to impact and everyone’s experience is heightened.  

I’m a very private person, how confidential are the sessions?

One of my ground rules is that anything said within the group must remain within the group. My role is to nurture a climate of trust and support. Each group must commit to maintain complete confidentiality, so everyone feels comfortable sharing their perspectives with total honesty. 

What if a friend or a family member wants to join the group with me, will they be able to? 

We’ll have a conversation before the group starts, to see how to honor confidentiality with each other and to evaluate each of your needs, so you can be fully comfortable during the group coaching experience.
